Peter Light of all his right, title and interest in and
to Rehobeth Church building and lot, located at
Williamsport, Maryland, to trustees appointed by
the Williamsport Quarterly Conference of said
church.
On motion of Mr. Leeds,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Corpora-
tions to introduce a bill entitled an Act to amend the
charter of the Hagerstown and State Line RailRoad
Company.
On motion of Mr. Field,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Judiciary
to introduce a bill entitled an Act to repeal sections
230 and 231, of Article 4, of the Code of Public Local
Laws, title "City of Baltimore," sub-title "Courts,"
relating to Court Stenographers, and to re-enact the
same with amendments.
On motion of Mr. Field,
Leaye was granted to the Committee on the Judiciary
to introduce a bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-
enact with amendments section 1, of Article 76, Code
of Public General Laws, relating to the publication of
the laws,
Mr. Deen submitted the following message :
BY THE HOUSE OF DELEGATES,
January 26th, 1892.
Gentlemen of the Senate :
We propose, with the concurrence of your Honrable
Body, the appointment of a Joint Committee of five,
three on the part of the House and two on the part of
the Senate, to meet and confer with the delegation of
County Commissioners from the different counties of
this State on Thursday, January 28th, 1892.
We have appointed on the part of the House, Messrs.
Deen, Grove, of Frederick, and Collins.
