doing a banking business in the State of Maryland, to
make a semi annual report to the Comptroller of the
Treasury and provide for the better protection of
those depositing money with the same.
On motion of Mr. Schlaffer,
Leave was granted to the Baltimore County Delega-
tion to introduce a bill entitled an Act to divide the
Twelfth Election District of Baltimore county, with
three separate Election Districts, to be called the
"Twelfth, Fourteenth and Fifteenth Election Districts
of said county."
On motion of Mr. Hamilton,
Leave was granted to the Baltimore County Delega-
tion to introduce a bill entitled an Act to incorporate
the Electric Light and Power Company of Baltimore
county.
Also,
Leave was granted to Committee on Corporations-
to introduce a bill entitled an Act to incorporate the
"Union Credit Company ol Baltimore city.
On motion of Mr. Bryan.
Leave was granted to the Queen Anne's Delegation
to introduce a bill entitled an Act to authorize the
County Commissioners of Queen Anne's county to
grant a pension to Greenberry T. Baxter, of said
county.
On motion of Mr. Brashears,
Leave was granted to the Committee on the Judiciary
to introduce a bill entitled an Act to repeal section
twenty-one of Article seventeen of the Code of Public
General Laws, title "Clerks of Courts", and to re-
enact the same with amendments.
On motion of Mr. Carrico,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Elections
to introduce a bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-
enact with amendments section ninety-five of Article
thirty-three of the Code of Public General Laws, title
"Elections,"sub-title "Contested Elections."
On motion of Mr Fockler,
Leave was granted to the Committee on Judiciary
to introduce a bill to sanction, device and bequest of
