PETITIONS, MEMORIALS AND OTHER PAPERS.
Mr. Bryan presented a petition from Samuel P.
Earle, Dr. Wm. H. D. Corsey and others, asking the
passage of an Act to tax dogs in Queen Anne's
county.
Which was read, and referred to the Queen Anne's
Delegation.

ORDERS,
On motion of Mr. Cornthwaite, it was
Ordered, That Messrs. Sanders Fox and Galla-
gher be excused from attendance on to-night's ses-
sion, on account of sickness.
On motion of Mr, Orrick, it was
Ordered, That Mr. Monmonier be excused from at-
tendance upon the session of the Houseto-night.
On motion of Mr. McSherry, it was
Ordered, That Mr. Biggs be excused from to-night's
session, on account of sickness.
