In line 2. of section 2, after the words "against re-
moval," insert as follows: "of county seat to La
Plata.''
Also,
In line 3, of section 2, strike out the words "the
official ballots now provided by law,'' and insert as
follows: "Tickets to be furnished by the County Com-
missioners as in this Act provided, which tickets
shall be printed separately and respectively one set,
'For removal of county seat to La Plata,' and one set
'Against removal of county seat to La Plata.' "
Also,
In line 4, of section 2, strike out the words "said
Judges," and insert the following: "The Judges ap-
pointed by the County Commissioners as hereafter-
provided, to act as such at said election."
Also,
Strike out in line 7 and S, of section 2, the words
"against removal than for removal," and insert
"against removal of county seat to La Plata than for
removal of county seat to La Plata."
Also,
Beginning with section B, strike out the words
section B, "and be it enacted that," and insert the
word "and," and thus make sections apart of section
2.
Also,
In line 2, of section 3, before said section 3 was
made a part of section 2, strike out the words "for
removal than against removal," and insert as follows:
"For removal of county seat to La Plata, than against
removal to La Plata."
Also,
After section 2, as amended, add a new section to
be designated as "Section B" and to read as follows:
"Sections. And be it enacted. That for the pur-
pose only of the election hereinbefore provided for,
the Australian ballot system as enacted by chapter
538 of the Acts of Assembly of 1890, shall not prevail;
but that the said election shall be held under the
