Hebrew Congregation of Baltimore City , of all that lot of

ground with the improvements thereon situate at the

|
|
|
corner of Hanover street and Welcome alley in the city of

|
|
|
Baltimore, and more particularly described in a lease
|
|
|
|
from John Eager Howard to the vestry of Saint Stephen's
|
|
|
|
Church of Baltimore, dated the ninth day of May 1857
|
|
|
|
and recorded among the land records of Baltimore City
|
|
|
|
in Liber E. D., No. 127, folio 176.
|
|
|
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
