Baltimore, and more particularly described in a lease


from John Eager Howard to the vestry of Saint Stephen's


Church of Baltimore, dated the ninth day of May 1857


and recorded among the land records of Baltimore City


in Liber E. D., No. 127, folio 176.


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
