CHAPTER 672.


AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments section


68 of article 27 Code of Public General Laws, title


"Drunkenness and Disorderly Conduct."


SECTION 1. Se it enacted by the General Assembly of

SEC. 68. Every person who shall be found drunk, or act-


ing in a disorderly manner, to the disturbance of the public

conviction thereof shall be subject to a fine of one dollar and

costs and when such fine and costs are not paid the party


shall be committed for a term of three months to the city


or county jail or to the house of correction such party to be


released at any time before the term of their imprisonment
