engaged in agriculture and the raising of improved breed of


stock and farm produce to exhibit their products, and

WHEREAS, such exhibitions in the past have been highly


beneficial to the development and progress of the farming


interest and thereby contributing to the taxable basis of


personal property in this State, and

SECTION 1. Se it enacted by the General Assembly of


Maryland, That with the view of promoting, encouraging
