AN ACT to repeal, amend and re-enact section 614 of article


4 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title " City of Balti-


more," sub-title "Justices of the Peace and Constables,"


as amended by chapter 230 of the acts passed at the Jan-


uary session of 1890, and to add an additional section


thereto to be known as 614 A.


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of

is to be appropriated as designated by law.
