CHAPTER 650.


AN ACT authorizing and empowering the burgess and com-


missioners of Boonsborough in Washington County, Mary-


land, to contract for, and purchase a supply of water for


said corporation.


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of


Maryland, That the burgess and commissioners of Boons-

borough in Washington County, be and they are hereby


authorized and empowered to contract for, and purchase


from the Boousborough Water Company, a supply of water


for the use of said corporation of Boonsborough.


SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the annual sum of money

supply of water, shall not exceed the sum of seven hundred


dollars, and the period for said contract shall not exceed


ten years.


SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That the said burgess and
