remain unpaid ; therefore,


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of


Maryland, That all taxes heretofore levied by the County

sioners of Charles County in their discretion to levy a


certain sum of money to pay H. Clagett Page of said


county for indexing the land records of said county.


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of


Maryland, That the County Commissioners of Charles


County in their discretion, are hereby authorized and
