CHAPTER 603.

AN ACT to authorize Sarah J. Holloway, of Wicomico

County, to settle her accounts as guardian to Minnie F.

Holloway, and to pay over all money due said ward.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of

Maryland, That Sarah J. Holloway, guardian to Minnie F.

Holloway, a minor, be and she is hereby authorized to pay

her final account as guardian before the Orphans' Court of

Wicomico County, and to pay and deliver over to the said

Minnie F. Holloway all her property, real and personal and

moneys that may be due to her on her final account when

notified by the Orphans' Court of Wicomico County and take

her receipt for the same, which shall be acknowledged and

recorded in the office of the register of wills for said county

and have the same effect as if the same was executed by a

person of full age.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the said Minnie F. Hollo-

way shall be answerable for all liabilities, debts and con-

tracts made and entered into by her, and may sue and be

instruments of writing made and executed by her shall be as

good and binding as if she were of legal age of twenty-one

years.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect

article two of the Code of Public Local Laws, title

" Anne Arundel County " sub-title " Fish, Crabs and

Terrapins " as repealed, and re-enacted with amendments

by chapter three hundred and seventy-five of the act of

eighteen hundred and ninety, and to re-enact the same

with amendment.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
