every year ; and provided further that nothing herein con-

tained shall be construed to prevent the owner of any blind

properly licensed from extending the privilege to any person
|
|
|
|
to shoot from said blind on the days the owners thereof are
|
|
|
|
allowed to shoot from the same.
|

|
|
255. It shall not be lawful for any person to establish a
|
|
|

rivers nearer to said blind than three hundred yards ; and it

shall not be lawful for any person to put out decoy ducks
|

|

within three hundred yards of any blind and shoot over the

same from the natural shores of said river.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect

CHAPTER 583.

AN ACT to authorize the County Commissioners of St.
|
|
|
|
Mary's County to levy upon the taxable property of said
|
|
|
|
county a sufficient sum of money for the erection of a
|
|
|
|
school house for white children, in the fourth election
|
|
|
|
district of said county.
|
|
|
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
|
|
|
School
|
Maryland, That the county commissioners of St. Mary's
|
|
|
house.
|
County, be and they are hereby authorized and empowered
|
|
|
|
to levy upon the taxable property of said county a sufficient
|
|
|
|
sum of money, for the erection of a school house for white
|
|
|
|
children in the fourth election district of said county.
|
|
|
|
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That said school house
|
|
|
