|
AN ACT to repeal sections two hnndied and fifty-three,
|
|
|
|
|
two hundred and fifty-four and two hundred and fifty-five
|
|
|
|
|
of article two of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
|
|
|
|
|
"Anne Arundel County," sub title, "Wild Fowl," and to
|
|
|
|
|
re-enact the same with amendments.
|
|
|
|
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
|
|
|
|
|
Maryland. That sections two hundred and fifty -three, two
|
Repealed
and
|
|
|
|
hundred and fifty-four and two hundred and fifty-five of
|
re-enacted.
|
|
|
|
article two of the Code of Public Local Laws, title, " Anne
|
|
|
|
|
Arundel County," sub-title "Wild Fowl," be and the same
|
|
|
|
|
are hereby repealed and re-enacted with amendments so as
|
|
|
|
|
to read as follows :
|
|
|
|
|
253. It shall not be lawful for any person to shoot wild
|
|
|
|
|
fowl from any booby blind or bush blind, on the waters of
|
Unlawful
|
|
|
|
Severn River, in Anne Arundel County, except on Mondays,
|
to shoot
wild fowl.
|
|
|
|
Wednesdays and Saturdays of each week, and on the waters
|
|
|
|
|
of Magothy River in said county, except on Tuesdays and
|
|
|
|
|
Fridays of each week.
|
|
|
|
|
254. Before any person shall place any booby blind
|
|
|
|
|
or bush blind on or upon said waters and the waters of
|

South River, and shoot therefrom, he shall first obtain a
|
license.
|
|
|
|
license so to do from the clerk of the Circuit Court for Anne
|
|
|
|
|
Arundel County, upon the payment of two dollars for the
|
|
|
|
|
same and a fee of fifty cents to said clerk for issuing the
|
|
|
|
|
same, and any person so obtaining a license shall have the
|
|
|
|
|
right over any other person to renew his license from year
|
|
|
|
|
to year ; provided, he secures a new license from the clerk of
|
|
|
|
|
said court on or before the fifteenth day of May in each and
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
