CHAPTER 580.


AN ACT to add a new section to article 13 of the Code of


Public Local Laws, title "Harford County," sub-title


"Havre de Grace," relating to excavating for moulding


sand or otherwise, to come in after section 169 and to be


called section 169 A, arid to repeal all laws and parts of


laws inconsistent therewith.


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of

excavation as may be necessary for the use of such build-


ings now erected or hereafter to be erected, and any person


violating this section shall be subject to a penalty of not


less than fifty dollars nor more than one hundred dollars


for every day during which such excavation shall be made


or be in existence, to be recovered as other fines are recovered.


SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this act shall take
