CHAPTER 552.


AN ACT authorizing and directing the attorney general to


furnish certain information in regard to the property pur-


chased by the Province of Maryland in seventeen hundred


and fifty -five and known as Fort Frederick.


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take

CHAPTER 553.


AN ACT to fix, limit and determine, the term of office of


the County Commissioners of Queen Anne's County,


elected on Tuesday next after the first Monday in Novem-


ber eighteen hundred and ninety-one, in pursuance of


section one of article seven, of the constitution of the


State, and of such commissioners as shall be elected or


appointed hereafter.


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of


Maryland, That the County Commissioners of Queen Anne's


County, elected at the general election held on the Tuesday

and that said three commissioners shall be designated and


assigned to said several terms by lot to be determined by a


drawing to be arranged and conducted by and in the


presence of the clerk of the Circuit Court for said county
