and legal acts, to vest the title to said bank stock in the


said "The Board of County School Commissioners for Caro-


line County," to be held by the said " The Board of County


School Commissioners of Caroline County," for the same


uses, trust and purposes as the same are now held by the


Orphans' Court for Caroline County, or the judges thereof,


with power however, to control and change said investments,


as in its discretion it may deem and determine to be right


and proper, and that the Easton National Bank of Mary-


land, be an dis hereby authorized, empowered and directed to


permit the transfer and assignment of the said one hundred


and forty-eight shares of its capital stock above described


or referred to, standing on the books in the name of said


Orphans' Court for Caroline County, or the judges thereof,


to the said the Board of School Commissioners tor Caroline


County, and to do and perform all other necessary and


proper acts to facilitate the vesting of the title to said shares


of bank stock, in the said the Board of County School Com-


missioners of Caroline County and to issue certificates of


stock to said board therefor.


SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the Orphans' Court for


Caroline Couuty, or the present judges thereof, be and they

are hereby authorized empowered and directed, to assign

of Caroline County, the forty-seven and three-fourths


shares of the capital stock of the Commercial and


Farmers National Bank of Baltimore, of the par value


of thirty-three dollars and thirty -three cents each,


standing on the books of said bank, in the name of


the Orphans' Court for Caroline County, or the judges


thereof, and to do all other necessary, proper and legal


acts to vest the title to said bank stock in the said


the Board of Caroline County School Commissioners of


Caroline County, to be held by said board for the same


uses purposes and trusts as the same are uow held by the


Orphans' Court for Caroline County, or the judges thereof,


with power however to control and chauge the investment


thereof, as in its discretion it may deem right and proper


and that the said Commercial and Farmers' National Bank


of Baltimore be and hereby is authorized and empowered


and directed to permit this transfer and assignment of the


said forty-seven and one-third shares of its capital stock


above described and referred to, standing on the books of


said bank in the name of said Orphans' Court for Caroline


County, as the judges thereof to the said " The Board of


County School Commissioners of Caroline County," and to


issue certificates of stock therefor to said board.
