and every year thereafter pay over to the commis-

sioners of said town that proportion of the entire county

levy for the repair of roads which the total real property

assessed within the limits of Latonsville bears to the whole

amount of assessed property in Montgomery County, so

that the commissioners of Latonsville may receive and
|
|
|
|
|
disburse for the repair and maintenance of the streets of
|
|
|
|
|
said town the amount levied upon the real property within
|
|
|
|
|
the corporate limits of the town of Latonsville for the
|
|
|
|
|
repair of roads by the said commissioners of Montgomery
|
|
|
|
|
County.

|
|
|
SEC. 17. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect

AN ACT to authorize the trustees of the Methodist Episco-

pal Church of Frederick, Maryland, to sell and convey

certain real estate in Frederick City.
|
|
|
|
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
|
|
|
|
|
Maryland, That the trustees of the Methodist Episcopal
|

authorized and empowered to sell and convey, by their deed
|
power to
sell, etc.

duly executed and acknowledged according to law, a lot of

ground situated on the southeast corner of East Fourth
|
|
|
|
|
street and Middle alley in Frederick City, Frederick County,
|
|
|
|
|
Maryland, conveyed to the trustees of said church on the
|
|
|
|
|
thirty-first day of January, 1812. by one, George Kolb, for
|
|
|
|
|
burial purposes, so as to vest in the grantee thereunder a
|
|
|
|
|
fee simple title, free, clear and discharged from the claims
|
|
|
|
|
of all persons whatsoever.
|
|
|
|
|
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That before said sale
|
|
|
|
|
is made it shall be the duty of said trustees to purchase a

ered to remove all bodies interred in said lot and to reinter

|
|
|
the same in Mt. Olivet Cemetery, and that all expenses

incurred thereby and the purchase money for said lot or lots
|
|
|
|
|
in Mt. Olivet Cemetery shall be paid by said trustees and
|
|
|
|
|
the same be refunded to them out of the proceeds of the
|
|
|
|
|
sale of said lot.
