and every year thereafter pay over to the commis-


sioners of said town that proportion of the entire county


levy for the repair of roads which the total real property


assessed within the limits of Latonsville bears to the whole


amount of assessed property in Montgomery County, so


that the commissioners of Latonsville may receive and


disburse for the repair and maintenance of the streets of


said town the amount levied upon the real property within


the corporate limits of the town of Latonsville for the


repair of roads by the said commissioners of Montgomery


County.


SEC. 17. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect

AN ACT to authorize the trustees of the Methodist Episco-


pal Church of Frederick, Maryland, to sell and convey


certain real estate in Frederick City.


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of

burial purposes, so as to vest in the grantee thereunder a


fee simple title, free, clear and discharged from the claims


of all persons whatsoever.


SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That before said sale


is made it shall be the duty of said trustees to purchase a
