SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That articles eleven and

twelve of said certificate of incorporation which specified

SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That all the grants,

which this act is an amendment, be and the same are hereby

preserved and continued, and said corporation shall have
|

perpetual existence and successors.

SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments sections,

|
|
|
of chapter 597, passed at January session, 1890, entitled

|
|
|
"An act to confer additional jurisdiction upon justices of
|
|
|
|
the peace of Baltimore County. "
|
|
|
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
|
|
|
|
Maryland, That section 3, of chapter 597, passed at January
|

session 1890, entitled "An act to confer additional juris-
|
and re-
enacted.

|
|
diction upon justices of the peace of Baltimore County " be
|
|
|
|
repealed and re-enacted so as to read as follows :
|
|
|
|
SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That the aforesaid fines of said
|
|
|
|
constables and justices for said county shall be taxed
|

against and paid by party against whom judgment shall be

rendered unless he or she be discharged therefrom by due

justices.
