their lines over the highways of said county, upon proper


application to said board of commissioners and upon said


board being satisfied that any such extension would benefit


the public.


SEC. 7. And be it enacted, That said company is hereby


authorized, to enter into agreements with any passenger


railway company of the city of Baltimore for the making
