of the said "Narrows Park" as now enclosed, shall be


subject to a fine of not less than twenty dollars nor more


than fifty dollars in the discretion of the Court ; and stand


committed to the jail of Allegany county until such fine


and the costs of the prosecution are paid ; one-half of the


fine to go to the informer and the other half to the school


fund of Allegany County.


SEC. 2 And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect

CHAPTER 460.


AN ACT to add an additianal section to article 17 of the


Code of Public Local Laws, title "Prince George's


County " to be known as section 332.


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of


Maryland, That the following section be and the same is

Laws, title "Prince George's County," to be known as


section 332.


332. Any electric light company heretofore formed or

manufrcture and sell, contract with and to furnish any


city or town in Prince George's County and to any com-


pany, corporation or individual, electric light or electric


power to the same extent and have the same power (in


addition to the other powers given under the general law)


as is given by section one hundred and eleven of article


twenty-three of the Code of Public General Laws in any


city or town of Kent or Talbot Counties.


SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect
