CHAPTER 49.


AN ACT to repeal sections one hundred and eighty -eight to


two hundred and seventeen inclusive of article three of


the Code of Pubic Local Laws, title " Baltimore County,"


sub-title "Roads," and to enact the following in lieu


thereof.


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of


Maryland, That sections one hundred and eighty-eight to


two hundred and seventeen inclusive, of article three of the


Code of Public Local Laws, title "Baltimore County," sub-


title " Roads," be and the same are hereby repealed, and the


following provisions be substituted therefor.


SEC. 188. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-


land, That the County Commissioners of Baltimore County


at their meeting next after the passage of this act, and at
