testatrix gives and bequeaths the residue of her money unto


the trustees of the Reformed congregation of Saint Matthew's


Church, sitnated in Pleasant Valley, Maryland, the one-


half of said amount to be applied by said trustees towards


the liquidation of the debt now resting upon said church,


and the remaining halt shall remain in the hands of said


trustees to be used by them in keeping the church in repair,


church property, or the cemetery, or in any other way they


may in their discretion deem most advantageous to the


Reformed congregation of said church ; but should the


church debt be cancelled at the time of my death, then I


will and direct that the whole of my bequest to the church


shall be used by the trustees in the manner last above


mentioned.
