to the trustees of the Aushe Sphard Hebrew Congregation

interest and estate in and to all that lot of ground with the


improvements thereon, situate in the city of Baltimore, on


the western side of High street, and more particularly


described in an assignment from said Nicholas M. Smith to


the said trustees of the Aushe Sphard- Hebrew Congrega-


tion of Baltimore City, dated the second day of February,


eighteen hundred and ninety-one, and recorded among the


land records of Baltimore City in Liber J. B., No. 1328,


folio 533, &c.


Nineteenth. To the purchase by the "Trustees of the


Methodist Episcopal Church in the East Baltimore Station,"

a body corporate under the laws of the State of Maryland,

of the leasehold interest in and to the lot of ground at the

southeast corner of Hampstead and Register street, in the


city of Baltimore, which by deed, dated February the ninth,


eighteen hundred and eighty -nine and recorded among the


land records of Baltimore City, was granted and assigned


by "Jackson Square Centenary Methodist Episcopal


Church," a body corporate under the laws of the State of


Maryland, to the said body corporate.


Twentieth. To the several bequests of Mary Michael, late


of Baltimore City, deceased, first, of two thousand dollars
