Francis Havier's College of New York ; and to the gift and


conveyance by her to said Woodstock College, of two lots


of ground lying in Baltimore City on the westside of Charles


street, and described in a deed from her to said college,


dated the fourth day of February A. D. 1891 and recorded


among the land records of Baltimore City in Liber J. B.,

Eleventh. To the bequests contained in the last will and


testament of Mary D. Kuhn, late of Carroll County,

Krider's) Lutheran Church of Carroll County, Maryland, of


fifty dollars for the use and benefit of the Missionary Society


of said church ; also of fifty dollars to said trustees, the

burial lot of the testatrix in the cemetery connected with


said church.
