CHAPTER 399.

AN ACT providing that no corporation shall be dissolved

by decree of any court of this State until all taxes due

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of

Maryland, That no corporation, made taxable by any law

proper court with the proceedings of dissolution.
