SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of


Maryland, That the following sections be and they are hereby

756 A. The Board of Police Commissioners for the


city of Baltimore are authorized to pay out of the

manned by said board under authority conferred by law on


said board, including therein the wages of engineers and


firemen of said boat ; and said board are authorized to

police patrol boat, and shall have the rank and pay of


Lieutenants of Police of the city of Baltimore.


756 B. The Board of Police Commissioners for the city of
