CHAPTER 353.


AN ACT to add a sub-section to section thirty-five of


article twenty -six of the Code of Public General Laws,


title "Courts" sub-title, "Court of Appeals," so as to


authorize the appointment 'of a messenger to the Court


of Appeals.


SECTION 1. Se it enacted by the General Assembly of

and designated as sub-section 35 A, be added to article


twenty-six of the Code of Public General Laws.


SEC. 35 A. The judges of the Court of Appeals are

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect

CHAPTER 354.


AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments section


15 of article 23 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title


" Wicomico County, "sub -title "County Commissioners."


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of


Maryland, That section 15 of article 23 of the Code of

Repealed
and

Public Local Laws, title "Wicomico County," sub-title

re-enacted.

" County Commissioners,'" be and the same is hereby


repealed and re-enacted so as to read as follows :


15. At the next general election there shall be five county


commissiouers elected for Wicomico County, three of whom

governor to decide by lot two of said commissioners, who


shall serve for four years and one who shall serve for two
