Frederick turnpike to the Bigg's Ford road, known as Fulton


avenue and Maple avenue ; the street running from G. S.


Bishop's shop to the Pennsylvania railroad by way of Dr.


Charles W. Goldsborough's house, and the street running


from the Bigg's Ford road at Charles N. Seachrist's house


by way of Lewis P. Ramsburg's house within the corporate


limits of said town are hereby made and declared to be


public streets or avenues of said town, and shall be from


time to time improved and repaired as in the discretion of


the commissioners, the public interest may require and the


resources of the town will justify ; but this section shall not


be considered as interfering in any manner with the rights


of the Woodsborough and Frederick Turnpike Company in


maintaining their road through said town ; provided, how-


ever, that the commissioners may lay sidewalks along said


turnpike road in such manner as not to impede or obstruct


the proper use thereof by said company.
