CHAPTER 348.

AN ACT to enable and authorize the County Commissioners

of Talbot County to subscribe to the capital stock of the

Easton Trappe and Cambridge Railroad Company.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
|
|
|
|
land, That the County Commissioners of Talbot County, be

SEC. 2. Be it enacted, That the County Commissioners of

Talbot County are hereby directed to submit the question

AN ACT empowering the mayor and city council of Balti-

more to acquire certain land in the city of Baltimore for

the purpose of extending Eutaw Square from Dolphin to
|

|
|
Biddle streets.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of

Maryland, That the mayor and city council of Baltimore ,
|

Jordan alley on the east, and Morris alley on the west, or

|
|
|
so much thereof as may be found to be necessary upon a

|
|
proper survey, to extend the line of parking, known as
|
|
|
|
Eutaw Square, from Dolphin street to Biddle street, and the
