tures a statement of the financial condition of the Alms House.

SEC. 7. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect

and seventy-eight of article two of the Code of Public

|

Local Laws, title "Anne Arundel County," sub-title

" Justice of the Peace," and to re-enact said sections with

|
|
|
|
amendments, and to add new sections to said article two to
|
|
|
|
|
be designated as sections " one hundred and seventy-one
|

|
|

A," "one hundred and seventy-one B," ''one hundred
|
|
|
|
|
and seventy-six A," "one hundred and seventy-six B,"
|
|
|
|
|
"one hundred and seventy-eight A," " one hundred and
|
|
|
|
|
seventy -eight B," and " one hundred and seventy C."

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

land, That sections one hundred and seventy -one, one hun-
|
