" Justice of the Peace," and to re-enact said sections with


amendments, and to add new sections to said article two to


be designated as sections " one hundred and seventy-one

and seventy-six A," "one hundred and seventy-six B,"


"one hundred and seventy-eight A," " one hundred and


seventy -eight B," and " one hundred and seventy C."


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-


land, That sections one hundred and seventy -one, one hun-
