LAWS OF MARYLAND.


Chester County," sub-title "Oysters," be and the same is


hereby repealed and re-enacted with amendments so as to


read as follows :


SEC. 239. It shall not be lawful for any person, except

Point to the end of Horn's Point ; provided that the waters

ward side of Hill's Point to the westward end of Middle-


wood's Bluff on Crook's Point, and the waters of Lecompte's


Bay inshore of a straight line drawn from the end of Cas-


tle Haven Point to the end of Horn's Point are reserved for


tongmen ; and it shall not be lawful to take or catch


oysters with scoop, scrape or dredge, or similar instrument


in the waters of the Bramock's Bay or of Lecompte's Bay


hereinbefore reserved for tongmen.


SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect

four of article thirty-three of the Code of Public General


Laws of Maryland, title " Election," sub-title " Registra-


tion of Voters."


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of


Maryland, That section four of article thirty-three of the

ment.

Code of Public General Laws of Maryland, title " Elec-


tions," be and the same is hereby repealed and re-enacted


so as to read as follows :


4. Each of said officers of registration, before entering
