SEC. 169. The commissioners of " Ocean City " shall have

tion of all such offices, besides the baliff, as they may deem


necessary for the protection, and general police regulation


of said town.


SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect


from the date of its passage.

AN ACT to enable the Martini German Evangelical Lutheran


Congregation, unaltered Augsburg Confession of Balti-


more Maryland, to sell, lease dispose of or mortage its


property.


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of


Maryland, That the Martini German Evangelical Lutheran

Authority

Congregation, unaltered Augsburg Confession, of Baltimore

to sell or
lease.

Maryland, a chartered corporation, holding property in the
State of Maryland, be and the same is hereby authorized to


sell, lease, dispose of or mortage its property, and to convey


the same, and the said corporation is hereby authorized to


sell, lease, dispose of or mortgage and convey, any property


which it may hereafter acquire, any laws to the contrary


notwithstanding.


SEC. 10. Be it enacted, That this act shall take effect
