CHAPTER 256.

AN ACT to repeal section one lmndred, one hundred and

one and one hundred and three of article twenty -seven of

the Code of Public General Laws of the State of Mary-

land, title "Fraud," sub -title "Fruit and Vegetable

Packing."

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of

Maryland, That section one hundred, one hundred and one
and one hundred and three of article twenty-seven of the

are hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this act shall

AN ACT to repeal section six hundred and forty-four, six

hundred and forty-five, and six hundred and forty -six, of

article four, Code of Public Local Laws, title " City of

Baltimore," sub -title, "Licenses," which relate to dealers

in hay, straw or husks.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of

Maryland, That section six hundred and forty-four, six

hundred and forty- five and six hundred and forty-six of arti-
