58 A. There shall be elected at the general election to be

held on Ijhe Tuesday next after the first Monday in the month

58 B. The three county commissioners elected at said

|
|

general election in the year eighteen hundred and ninety-

and two years respectively from the date of their election,

and the Governor, so soon as he conveniently may after

fying the Governor thereof, shall have the right to be present

Tuesday next after the first Monday in the month of Novem-

ber, in the year eighteen hundred and ninety-five, at each

general election on the same day in every second year, one
|
|

county commissioner for said county shall be elected for the
|
|
|
|
term of six years from the date of his election, who shall be
|
|
|
|
inelligible to succeed himself, or to hold the office of county
|
|
|
|
commissioner for Harford County for two years from the
|
|
|
|
expiration of his term of office.

|
|
|
|
|
58 C. And said commissioners shall meet at their office in

58 D. After the number of county commissioners has been

reduced to three, in case the office of any of them shall

the next general election ; and if the term of the commis-

sioner by whose death, resignation or incapacity the office

has become vacant, be not then completed, a commissioner

shall be elected to serve for the unexpired term occasioned
|

|
by the vacancy, that is for two or four years as the case

58 E. No county commissioner hereafter elected for Har-

ford County shall be eligible to succeed himself, or to hold
