LAWS OF MARYLAND.


Episcopal Church at Bond Chappel of four acres and one


perch of land of George Vickers, trustee, and to the con-


veyance made by him, of one undivided half part of the said


land with its appurtenances, unto the trustees of the Metho-


dist Episcopal Church in Chestertown and their successors


forever, and the other undivided half part of the said land


with its appurtenances, unto the trustees of the Methodist


Episcopal Church at Bond Chappel, on Kent circuit, and


their successors forever, by his deed to the said trustees and


their successors respectively, dated the nineteenth day of


November eighteen hundred and sixty -five and recorded in


Liber D. C. B., No. 1, folios five hundred and seventy-four,


five hundred and seventy -five, and five hundred and seventy-


six, one of the land record books for Kent County, Maryland.

Effective.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect


from the date of its passage.


Approved March 18th, 1892.


CHAPTER 157.


AN ACT to repeal and re-enact section fifty -eight of article


thirteen of the Code of Public Local Laws, title " Harford


County," sub -title "County Commissioners," and to add


five additional sections to said article thirteen, relating to


the number, term, election and compensation of county


commissioners for said county, to follow said section fifty-


eight and to be numbered fifty-eight A, fifty-eight B,


fifty-eight C, fifty -eight D, and fifty -eight E.


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of


Maryland, That the fifty -eighth section of article thirteen

said article bhirteen.


58. The five county commissioners for Harford County,


elected at the general election on the Tuesday next after the

Term of

first Monday in the month of November, in the year eighteen

office.

from the time of their election, and shall receive the same
