CHAPTER 149.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact witn amendments sections

of Public Local Laws, title "Cecil County," sub-title

"North East," and to add additional sections to said

article, to be known as sections two hundred A, two hun-

dred and twenty and two hundred and twenty-one.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of

Maryland, That sections one hundred and eighty-nine, one

189. The inhabitants of the town of North East in Cecil
