CHAPTER 147.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of

Maryland, That sections one hundred and fifteen, one hun-

same are hereby repealed;

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect

CHAPTER 148.

AN ACT to appropriate a sum of money for the support of

the Children's Country Home of Baltimore County.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of

Maryland, That the sum of one thousand dollars a year for

each of the years eighteen hundred and ninety-two and;
eighteen hundred and ninety-three, be and the same is

hereby appropriated to the Children's Country Home of

Baltimore County, for the support of said Home, and that

thn treasurer of the State be, and he is hereby directed, on

the warrant of the comptroller, to pay to the treasurer of

said Home the sum of one thousand dollars for each of the

years aforesaid.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect

from the date of its passage.
