CHAPTER 19.

AN ACT granting the sanction of the General Assembly of

Maryland to the gift and bequest in the last will and

codicil of Elizabeth O. Lane, late of Washington County,

deceased, to the Board of Home and Foreign Missions of

the General Synod of the Evangelical Lutheran Church,

in the United States.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That

the sanction and consent of the General Assembly, be and

Bequest

the same is hereby given to the gift aud bequest contained

in the last will aud codicil of Elizabeth O. Lane, late of

Washington County, deceased, of one hundred shares of the

bank stock of the Hagerstown First National Bank, in said

county, to the Board of Home and Foreign Missions of the

General Synod of the Evangelical Lutheran Church, in the

United States, and which bill and codicil are duly admitted

to probate in the office of the Register of Wills of the said

county.

Effective

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect

from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 20.

AN ACT to repeal sections 343, 344, 345, 346, 347, 348, 349,

350, 351, 352, 353, 354, 355, 356, 357, 358, 359 and 360 of

article 8 of the Code of Public Local Laws title "Cecil

County," sub-title "Warwick."

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-

land, That section three hundred and forty-three, three

hundred and forty-four, tliree hundred and forty-five, three

hundred and forty-six, three hundred and forty-seven, three

hundied and forty-eight, three hundred and forty-nine, three

hundred and fifty, three hundred and fifty -one, three hun-

dred and fifty -two, three hundred and fifty-three, three

hundred and fifty-four, three hundred and fifty-five, three

hundred land fifty-six, three hundred and fifty-seven, three

hundred and fifty-eight, three hundied and fifty-nine and

three hundred and sixty of article eight of the Code of Public

Local Laws, title "Cecil County," sub-title "Warwick," be

and the same are hereby repealed.

Effective.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect

from the date of its passage.
