CHAPTER 118.


AN ACT to sanction the devise by Sarah Ann Taylor,


late of Charles County, of certain real estate to the vestry


of Durham Parish of the Protestant Episcopal Church of


said county.


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of

mitted to probate and of record in the office of the Register

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this act shall

sioners of Caroline County to appoint an additional con-


stable for the first election district of Caroline County.
