CHAPTER 104.


AN ACT to add an additional section to article ten of the


Code of Public Local Laws, title " Dorchester County,''


to be called section three hundred and twenty -one, regu-


lating the pay of witnesses.


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of


Maryland, That the following section be added to article

SEC. 321. Each witness summoned to attend the Circuit

AN ACT to repeal section three hundred and thirty-seven


of article eight of the Code of Public Local Laws, title


" Cecil County." sub-title " State's Attorney," and re-en-


act the same with amendments.


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
