CHAPTER 91.


AN ACT to repeal section two of article thirty-six of the


Code of Public General Laws, title "Fees of Officers, "


and re-enact the same with amendments.


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of

Repeal one
re-enact-

Maryland, That section two of article thirty-six of the Code

ment

of Public General Laws, title "Fees of Officers," be and


the same is hereby repealed and re-enacted with amend-


ments so as to read as follows :

Officers

SEC. 2. No account for officers fees by any of the several

accounts

officers herein named, rendered for services to or in behalf

to be
approved,

of the counties of this State in this section named, shall be


allowed by the County Commissioners thereof until said


account has been submitted to and appproved by the Judges

To apply

of the Circuit Court for said county, or a majority thereof,


as in accordance with the provisions of this article. This


section shall apply only to the Counties of Caroline, Kent


Talbot, Prince George's, Queen Anne's, Charles and Har-


ford.

Effective

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect


from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 92.


AN ACT to appropriate a sum of money to pay Thomas and

Evans for furnishing Copies and Extracts of the election


laws under sections 138 and 160, of Chapter 538, of the


acts of 1890.


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of


Maryland, That the Comptroller be, and is hereby directed

To pay
claim

to draw his warrant upon the Treasurer of the State for


($ 300) three hundred dollars in favor of Thomas and Evans,


for furnishing copies and extracts of the election laws under


sections 138 and 160, of Chapter 538, of the acts of 1890.


SEC. 3. And be it enncted, That this act shall take effect

from the date of its passage.
