fykes or stick weirs, more than one half of the width (at


any point they may select) of said Transquakin River and


its tributaries, so that the fish may not be entirely prevented


from passing up and down said river and its tributaries, and


no patent twine weirs or other twine weirs, pound nets, fykes,
stick weirs or hauling seines shall be set, less than one hun-


dred and fifty yards apart one from the other. Any person


who shall violate any provisions of this section, shall be


guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof before


any justice of the peace of said county, such offender shall


be fined not less than five dollars nor more than fifty dollars,


one half to go to the informer and the other half to the


commissioners of the county for the betterment of the county


roads.

Effective

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That this act shall take


effect from the date of its passage.

three hundred and thirty -four of article ninety-three of


the Code of Public General Laws, title "Testamentary


Law," sub-title "Wills," as amended by an act of the


General Assembly of Maryland of eighteen hundred and


ninety, chapter four hundred and sixteen entitled an act


to repeal and re-enact with amendments sections three


hundred and thirty-one and three hundred and thirty-


four of article ninety-three, of the Code of Public General


Laws, title "Testamentary Law," sub-title "Wills."


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-


land, That section three hundred and thirty-four of article

ninety-three of the Code of Public General Laws, title

and

re-enacted

"Testamentary Law," sub -title "Wills," as amended by an


act of the General Assembly of Maryland of eighteen hun-


dred and ninety, chapter four hundred and sixteen, entitled


an act to repeal and re-enact with amendments sections


three hundred and thirty-one, and three hundred and


thirty-four of article ninety -three of the Code of Public Gen-


eral Laws, title "Testamentary Law, "sub -title "Wills," be


and the same is hereby repealed and re-enacted with


amendments so as to read as follows :


334. In proving a will or codicil all the witnesses thereto
