CHAPTER 80.


AN ACT to repeal section one hundred and eighty-five of


article ten of the Code of Public Local Laws, title " Dor-


chester County, " sub -title ' ' Fish, " as the same was repealed


and re-enacted by the act of eighteen hundred and ninety,


chapter five hundred and sixteen, and to re-enact the same


with amendments and to add an additional section thereto,


to be designated section one hundred and eighty-five B.


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of


Maryland, That section .one hundred and eighty -five of


article ten of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Dor-


chester County," sub- title "Fish," as the same was repealed

repealed and re-enacted with amendments so as to read as


follows :


SEC. 185. It shall be unlawful for any person to use patent


twine weirs or other twine weirs, pound nets, fykes or haul-


ing seines of greater length than three hundred and fifty
