CHAPTER 57.


AN ACT to sanction the bequests to the Reverend E. R.


Eschbach, and to the Evaugelical Reformed Church of


Frederick, by the name of the Consistory of the Evangelical


Reformed Church of Frederick County, and the Consistory


of the Evangelical Reformed Church of Frederick City,


contained in the last will of Joshua Bruner, late of Fred-


erick County, State of Maryland, deceased.


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of


Maryland, That the sanction of the General Assembly of

Maryland is hereby given to the bequest of five hundred

dollars, to the Reverend E. R. Eschbach, for the benefit


of Grace Reformed Chapel or Congregation of Washington,


D. C., contained in the ninth item of said will ;


To the bequest of two hundred and fifty dollars and of


one hundred fifty dollars to the Consistory of the Evangelical


Reformed Church of Frederick County for the Sunday-


school and for the Infant School of said Congregation con-


tained in the tenth item of said will ;


To the bequest of five hundred dollars to the Consistory


of the Evaugelical Reformed Church of Frederick County,


the proceeds thereof to be applied to the keeping of testator's


grave and the Bentztown graveyard in good condition, as


contained in the eleventh item of said will.


And to the bequest to the Consistory of the Evangelical


Reformed Church of Frederick City, of all notes and bills


obligatory due Joshua Bruner from said Church and con-


gregation, and the bequest of all the rest and residue of


said testator's estate, real, personal and mixed as contained


in the twelth item of said will ;

In force

SEC. 2. And be it enacted That this act shall take effect


from the date of its passage.

AN ACT to provide for an additional justice of the peace in


the eleventli district of Baltimore Couuty.


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
