No. 280. An act to build and establish a tree bridge over the

Patapsco River between Baltimore and Howard Counties

at a point near to Orange Grove, and to authorize the com-

missioners of Baltimore County to levy a tax to the amount

of fifteen thousand dollars, and to authorize the Commis-

sioners of Howard County to issue bonds to the amount of

fifteen thousand dollars, to be expended in the construc-

tion of said bridge and the acquisition of the necessary land

adjoining it and to authorize the condemnation of such land
