LAWS OF MARYLAND.

Preamble.

WHEREAS, Levin A. Insley and Corbin W. Insley, owners of said
pungy, are citizens of the State of Maryland, and by reason of said


citizenship are unable to obtain redress through the courts; and,

WHEREAS, by said collision, said pungy, her cargo and all money
and valuables aboard became a total loss to the owners, and it is


right and proper that said owners should be paid their actual and


bona fide loss; therefore,


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,


That the comptroller of the State is hereby authorized and directed


to issue his warrant upon the State treasurer in favor of Levin A.

AN ACT to authorize and empower the trustees of Bethesda pres-


byterian church in Montgomery county, Maryland, to sell and


convey real property belonging to said church.


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,


That the trustees of Bethesda presbyterian church in Montgomery


county, Maryland, be and they are hereby authorized and em-
