Lingen Jarrett, clerk of the circuit court for Harford county,


for money erroneously paid into the State treasury.


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,


That the comptroller of the State be and he is hereby authorized


and directed to draw his warrant upon the treasurer of the State

($47.50) being the amount erroneously paid into the State treasury

AN ACT to amend the charter of Loudon Park cemetery com-


pany.


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,


That Loudon Park cemetery company, a body corporate of the


State of Maryland, be and it is hereby authorized and empowered
