SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the regular time or times for


the election of the said committee, shall hereafter be as appointed


by the said act of incorporation, and that at any future election


of the members of said committee, any male members of the con-


gregation of said church being twenty-one years of age or over,

be eligible as a member of said committee, and any member of the
