eight, at the national hotel in Snow Hill, in said county, but


without any fault of theirs, were dispossessed of the said national


hotel on the first day of January, A. D. eighteen hundred and


eighty-nine, and their said business was thereby terminated and


they only permitted to use said license for eight months of the


year for which it had been granted; therefore,


SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,


That the comptroller of the treasury be and he is hereby author-


ized and required to draw his warrant upon the treasurer of this

State in favor of Jennie E. Morre and Charles P. Snow for the


sum of sixteen dollars and sixty-six cents, and the county com-


missioners of Worcester county are hereby authorized to pay to


the said Jennie E. Moore and Charles F. Snow the sum of thirty-


three dollars and thirty- three cents, said sums being in repay-


ment to said Jennie E. Moore and Charles F. Snow of the pro-


portionate part of the amounts by them paid for the license men-


tioned in the preamble of this act, for the time they were not


permitted to use the same.

CHAPTER 632.


AN ACT to make valid all deeds and conveyances heretofore made


by the committee of the presbyterian church in Snow Hill, in


Worcester county, and all other acts of said committee, and to


amend chapter two hundred and sixty, of the acts of the Gen-


eral Assembly of Maryland, passed on the tenth day of March,


eighteen hundred and sixty-two, entitled "An act to make valid


the election of the committee of the presbyterian church in


Snow Hill, in Worcester county, and to regulate the election of


said committee in future;" and to amend chapter fifteen, of the


acts of the General Assembly of Maryland, passed on the nine-


teenth day of December, eighteen hundred, entitled "An act to


incorporate the presbyterian church in Snow Hill, in Worcester


county."


SECTION 1. Be it enacted ty the General Assembly of Maryland,


That all deeds and conveyances heretofore made by the committee

and all other acts of said committee heretofore done, shall not be


deemed invalid, because any of the members of said committee


were not duly elected and qualified, and may not have been mem-


bers of said church, but the said deeds, conveyances and acts are
