house of correction for not less than three months nor more than

tion of the court; the license of any person who permits minors


to frequent or loiter about his place, or disreputable or disorderly
persons to make it a customary place of visitation or resort, may


be at any time, upon proof, revoked by the circuit court of Anne
Arundel county, or by said mayor, counsellor and aldermen; the
